Lavender wine? LOL, for a minute, I was wondering, since when can wine be made from lavender. Or can it? *scratch head*
Something interesting isnt it? :) I havent really taste Lavender wine though Jonzz :) but I did some googling and found out, it is make from dried lavender flower (off the stems), grape concentrates, sugar, yeast, yeast nutrients and water.

Have you tried our Canadian ice wine? Can be more expensive that Brandy too!

Love it, love it, love it. I bought a bottle for my sister and brother in law early this year when I was back in Malaysia. They love it too.

Uncle Lee, yup, I tried the Canadian Ice Wine before. It is a lovely sweet wine..my family love it too.
The other day when we went to St. Lawrence market, they were selling Ice Wine chocolate, I was like wow, have to try. I tot it will be like those liquor chocolate where the liquor will flow as u bite into the chocolate..nope, it wasnt, no liquor flowing out, taste just like candy chocolate. Sigh, disappointed. Definitely wont buy again.
I guess most women are sentimental and emotional? We love our close group of gal friends :)
