Really do not know what to say. I think many of the western countries have flawed immigration systems. Most of their department do not speak to each other.
*sigh*
yes is it so sad, that even though the govt know about it why dont they do something about it!?? Such as getting their cert recognized, letting them do intership with hospitals/schools for a year and then certified them and the worst..u heard what that govt guy say? "I wish if i can, i'll change the system tomorrow.." What the heck are u talking!? ure IN the govt, ure getting paid with tax payers money..ure telling me you cant do anything? If you cant, seriously, WHO CAN?
Anyway, its sadden to know such is the attitude of the govt. U see a problem, u dont find a solution, u just sit on it, sweep it under the rug and hope that problem will go away..
