yeah its daddy's birthday today..knew that he has gone on a business trip to China and wont be back until the weekend.. wanted to give him a call just now, realised that my phone call expired! ARGHHH... never mind, weekend will give him a call when he's back home from China.

Interesting to note that Canada is celebrating Thanksgiving this weekend. In the States, it is celebrated on the last Thursday of November.
Oh.. and the sales after that is to die for. I have never rushed over to one of those sales because I was either working the next day or was out of the country .. or no money! hahaha
But some stores are helping people who cannot shop the next day due to work commitments (or whatever)... they open their doors at 5am! Of course, most of the country is on holiday, so some people have late nights and stay awake for early morning shopping. Crazy isn't it?
Thanksgiving decorations and candies go on 50% off. Give it a couple of weeks before Christmas and prices are slashed down further. That does not include special sales for Christmas.
You should hop over to New York someday (I think you are closer there, or is it Minneapolis?) and try it someday. :)

oh, i didnt realised that there is a different in the date that USA and Canada are celebrating Thanksgiving..interesting isnt it? i always thought that its suppose to be the same date? hmm..
yeah, i heard that the sales are really really good! Now that Canadian dollar and USA are pretty much the same, i guess alot of people will be flocking over for the thanksgiving sales, might be u will see us at 5am in the morning too! hhahaaha :P
I think the nearest from toronto is buffalo...there should be good sales there i suppose. Well, who knows we might one day pop over to USA and do some shopping. For now, i better search hard for a job :P
